Welcome to My E-book Home Page
One of the best no-nonsense, not trying to sell you anything books out there, Steven Aldana's
"The Culprit and the Cure" cuts through all the conflicting newspaper headlines about the latest
medical studies and pulls it all together for you: M&M (not the candy) - Mediterranean diet & Move.
I recommend it highly.
Now, You are probably thinking "I don't know how to cook Mediterranean meals - more vegetables - olive oil -
What am I supposed to do with that information?" I can help you out. I grew up in Turkey and have been preparing
Turkish / Greek / Mediterranean meals all my life. Tomatoes (good for the coronary system)-my recipes have got them;
onions (a great antioxidant) - Iīve got them, too; olive oil (good for your cholesterol) - I use it in spades!
Vegetables better than you knew they could taste (before he met me my American husband would not touch egg plant or
zucchini- now he loves them). And all of the ingredients can be easily found in your average local
supermarket - no specialty items here to worry about.

The Mediterranean Diet
It is as if you were running your car on the wrong gasoline and your engine was pinging and knocking
and backfiring and blowing gaskets and your mechanic kept replacing parts and patching things up
(and handing you the bill). ("But everyone else around here uses it - It must be OK". I can hear you
thinking).
What if there was a more correct gasoline? Would you switch to a gasoline which caused significantly
less engine pinging, knocking and backfiring, and with a 40% lower chance of total engine failure?
(Or maybe you like having your car break down more frequently - leaving you broken down on the side of
the road again, paying those mechanics (doctors) bills again). I didnīt think so.
The nice thing is that you donīt even need to set out to discover or develope this better gasoline.
The discovery work through extensive cross study, cross referenced research has already been done.
Itīs called "The Mediterranean Diet". Read more...
